Math Talk for Grade 2 Kicks Off

This week #mtgr2 kicked off on twitter. We didn't have any classes join us YET (growth mindset here). However, I did love to hear and see my student's thinking. It was exciting to see when one noticed a shape (which I didn't even think about) others started looking. Or a student created an equation, others were searching for ways to create their own. That's what excites me for others to join in. The thinking will become even more diverse and create growth. Collaboration and sharing among students is powerful.
